A
prayer
As
we pray to the Father, Son and Holy Ghost, we ask for healing this blessed day.
We ask for healing for those whose body is in in need of repair and healing. He
healeth the broken in heart, and bindeth up their wounds (Psalm 147:3). We ask that no infection creep into their
sutures. And that the physicians and nurses be vigilant in their duty. So
do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will
strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand. (Isaiah 41:10) And gracious Lord, we
ask that you bless this hospital and all who work here and reside here. And we
ask that you bless the equipment that the resident healers use. And heal the sick that are therein, and say unto
them, The kingdom of God is come nigh unto you (Luke 10:9).
Amen.
